Food
The Village Inn serves traditional, down-to-earth ‘pub grub’, four days a week.
If you’re planning to visit us for an evening meal, we recommend that you book ahead. We often fill up very quickly and can’t guarantee a table unless we’re expecting you.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
- 12pm – 2pm: For lunch, we offer a range of hot or cold sandwiches and baguettes (from sirloin steak to Ploughman’s), as well as our legendary ‘VI Brunch’.
- 6.30pm – 9pm (Fridays and Saturdays only): For evening meals, you can choose from a selection of hot options, including steaks, pies and chips.
Sundays (bookings only)
- 12.30pm – 2pm (last order is 1.30pm): Enjoy our hearty Sunday roast with all the trimmings. We can only take bookings due to limited space; call +44 (0)1684 293500 to make a reservation.
